In order to deliver your products, requests and movies, our database must store incomplete parts of your credit card information for a short period of time. Returning Movies

If you are not satisfied with a movie after the first viewing, you may exchange it within 30 days for any other film we offer or receive a credit against your next Stepping Stones purchase. Simply mail it back within 30 days of purchase in quality condition. See our "Films" page or "Purchase" page for a listing of movies to exchange. For any credit from a return or exchange that you do not use within 3 years, you authorize us to make a donation of an equivalent value of products to a school, charity or other non-profit organization.

Defective Products and Refunds

Our movies are fully guaranteed. If the movie does not play properly, call our customer care team at 800.397.7302 within 30 days of your purchase and we will send you a replacement movie at no additional charge. Or return the defective DVD within 30 days and we will refund the amount originally charged for that movie.

Cancellation

To cancel an order placed on our site, please call our customer care team at 800.397.7302 within 24 hours of placing your order.

Shipping

Our shipping policy is to mail the movies via the United States Postal Service unless our customer requests a different shipping service via phone. Shipping through standard mail service is free. Please see the shopping cart check out page for additional shipping options and rates.

Policy Revisions

Our policies may be updated at any time. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
